Aging infrastructure and high maintenance cost posed an operational risk to the organisation that had over 5k applications utilising 5 major data centres globally. With the emergence of cloud services with latest hardware and technology, a programme of activity was needed to capitalise on the technology.
Created a delivery model and programme of activity that transformed applications and moved them to Cloud providers. This included working with a number of partners to transform, lift and shift each application and managing the transition. At the same time, several applications were upgraded.
